Ukrainian Canadian Bar Association members are invited to a special event taking place on Sunday, November 29,2015 at 5:00 pm at St. Joseph’s Banquette Hall and Conference Centre.
The guests from Ukraine are:
Myshko Adamchak, nickname “Lemko”, volunteer of “Hospitaliery” medical battalion and a member of “KoraLLi” music band; and Vladislav Kuznetsov, a soldier of the legendary 95th airborne brigade, who saved his 6 fellow soldiers by catching a grenade and throwing it out of the military vehicle, thus sacrificing his hand. Proceeds from the event are going towards Ukraine Prosthetic Assistance Project – the second such mission planned for March 2016.
